No, only the two people named on the booking are permitted to enter the property.

Yes, you have thethe whole holiday cottage for your exclusive use : indoor swimming pool, indoor spa, private terrace, lovely garden plot and private parking (separated by hedges).

The holiday cottage is designed to accommodate only 2 people (adults) in order to maintain the comfort and tranquillity of the premises.
Are children allowed?
Our holiday cottage is designed as a place of relaxation, tranquillity and well-being, with facilities (indoor swimming pool, indoor spa) suitable for a holiday peaceful and rejuvenating.
To preserve this atmosphere and ensure safety around the facilities, we only welcome adults (maximum 2 people).

What are the check-in and check-out times?
What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in : from 3.30 pm
A later arrival (no later than 7.00 pm) is possible on request, subject to availability.
- Check-out : before 11.00 am
- Check-out with brunch option : before 1.00 pm
⚠️ These times allow us to prepare the holiday cottage for the next guests whilst ensuring you enjoy the best possible comfort, depending on the options you have chosen.
👉 An earlier departure is possible on request, subject to availability.
👉 Here, there’s no impersonal key box: we welcome you personally on arrival and are on hand after your stay to offer a genuine personal touch.
Is there a bill at the end of the stay?
An invoice is automatically issued for each stay and kept on our books.
If you would like to receive it, simply let us know: we will email it to you after your departure.
🚗 Parking
Is parking included?
Yes, there is a large, free private car park right next to the holiday cottage.
For electric or hybrid vehicles ?
A Green’Up socket is available for your use in the private car park and is included in the rental price.
⚠️The charging cable is not included, do remember to make arrangements for this.

What payment methods are available ?
To make a booking, you can pay by :

- Bank transfer (please contact us)
- ANCV holiday vouchers and ANCV CONNECT (please contact us) (ANCV : c(In accordance with the terms and conditions of use, no change is given on these; they may be supplemented by another method of payment)
For any additional charges to be paid on site, we accept :

Are towels and bed linen provided ?
Yes, all linen is included: bed linen, towels, bathrobes for the wellness area, slippers and tea towels.
Is cleaning included?
Yes, the end-of-stay cleaning is included.
Are shower gel, shampoo and soap provided ?
Yes, for your convenience, we provide :
- Shower gel / Shampoo,
- Hand soap.
Everything has already been arranged so that you can travel light and make the most of your stay.
All these products are from the range Forêt l’Effet Vosges, at the pine scent, in order to highlight the local expertise and to offer you an even more authentic immersion in the heart of the Vosges countryside.
The holiday cottage is also equipped with a hairdryer.
What type of coffee machine do you have ?
The holiday cottage is equipped with a bean-to-cup coffee machine☕, renowned for offering a unrivalled quality and freshness compared with coffee capsules or ground coffee.
- A small quantity of grains is made available for per night.
- If you have booked thebreakfast option, you will be provided with extra grains.
- You can also bring your own beans to add to it as you like.
The same applies to the tea 🍵 (the holiday cottage is equipped with a kettle 🫖).

📜 Terms and conditions of stay
What is the cancellation policy ?
In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be issued.
Is smoking allowed ?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the holiday cottage.
An ashtray is provided for your use :
– in front of the front door, sheltered by the roof overhang
– on the terrace
Is a deposit required ?
When you book online, a a cost of €707 will be charged to your credit card.
➡️ No payment is taken: this is merely a provisional bank commitment.
This sum serves as security deposit and will not be debited partially or completely only if any damage is found when you check out.
O’COCOON may, if necessary :
- claim the cost of the cleaning premises and equipment,
- to invoice the replacement value any items, furniture or equipment that are broken, damaged or missing (e.g. bathrobes, hairdryers, crockery, bed linen, decorative items, etc.) where the wear and tear exceeds what is normal for the duration of the stay.
⚡ The security deposit is automatically released after 7 days, provided no incidents have been reported.
Are pets allowed ?
Unfortunately not, for health and safety reasons.
Is the accommodation accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM) ?
No, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

What is the temperature of the pool water?
The water is heated to 29°C
What is the temperature in the living room ?
The room is heated to around 21°C during the colder months, and the room is air-conditioned to around 24°C during hot weather.
Are there shutters on the windows ?
Yes, all the windows in the house have shutters to ensure complete darkness and to protect your privacy.
What is the temperature in the wellness area ?
The price is holding steady at around 27°C, in order to maintain the thermal balance with the swimming pool.
What are the opening hours for the swimming pool and spa ?
All of this equipment is entirely private and accessible 24 hours a day during your stay.
